1. Scope
These terms apply to the Blitzsuche website and the search, analytics and integration functionality provided through Blitzsuche unless individually agreed contractual terms take precedence.
2. Account and access
A customer account is required for certain functions. Login credentials must be kept confidential. The customer is responsible for keeping account information current and reporting unauthorized use without undue delay.
3. Plans and billing
Service scope, search quotas, product limits, import limits and other plan features are determined by the plan purchased. Prices and billing intervals are shown before purchase.
If plan limits are exceeded, a plan upgrade may be required or access to certain functions may be restricted.
4. Customer and product data
The customer remains responsible for product, store and configuration data submitted to the service and must have the rights required to use and transmit that data.
Blitzsuche may process this data to the extent required to provide the purchased search, analytics and integration services.
5. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful, abusive or security-threatening purposes.
- Do not bypass security controls or usage limits
- Do not submit unlawful content or content you are not entitled to use
- Do not attack, overload or disrupt the infrastructure
- Do not share access credentials with unauthorized third parties
6. Availability and changes
We aim to provide stable availability, but maintenance, technical incidents and necessary security measures cannot be completely excluded. Features may be improved or changed provided the essential contractual purpose is not unreasonably impaired.
7. Intellectual property
Software, interfaces, brands, text and other content provided by Blitzsuche remain protected under applicable intellectual property rights. Use of the service does not transfer ownership rights beyond the permission necessary to use the service.
8. Cancellation and suspension
Plans may be ended in accordance with the term and cancellation conditions shown at purchase. Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary because of serious violations, security risks or outstanding payments.
9. Liability
Liability is governed by applicable law and any individually agreed contractual terms. The customer or relevant third party remains responsible for customer-provided data, third-party systems or changes outside Blitzsuche’s control.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when services, technical conditions or legal requirements change. Material changes should be communicated in an appropriate manner.
